Im pretty sure you need to remove the hex head (clean head) underneath the pressure adjustment, might be wrong though, looks like an older burner since it doesn't have the standard bleeder.port. It can be messy though if you turn it on to bleed it. Best to let it bleed out by gravity if you have enough fuel in your tank.
